Introduction

Our technology platform uses advanced data-driven tools to personalize your care and to enhance evidence of care, care continuity, outcomes metrics and data-based learnings. We provide mental health professionals with insights and capabilities to drive improved and measurable outcomes for our clients receiving virtual therapeutic services on our platform. You can access our platform via our mobile application available in the app stores (“App”) via the play store on “Android” and iTunes on “iPhone”. When you sign in to our app, we do not keep a record of your personal information (other than your mobile number which we need in cases of emergencies or to call you back in case a call drops) and medical condition, however, the same may be noted by a therapist/psychologist while talking to you or giving you therapy. Medical information means any information that:

1. relates to your past, present, or future physical or mental health, treatment, the provision of health care services or payment for treatment.
2. This includes medical history, diagnoses, treatments, current medical condition, and use of prescription medications This Policy explains Happi practices where we process “personal data”, which is information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual. To “process” or “processing” means the use of personal data including, collecting, recording, storing, using, analyzing, combining, transferring, disclosing, or deleting.

Such as to specific metrics or generate visuals that help libraries better understand and
assess how their online resources are being used.

Information about searches performed in-app or site


i) Gameplay content
Such as content you generate in-game.


j) Inferences About Your Interests, Preferences, and Other Behavioural Data Such as hobbies, interests, and characteristics, e.g., your favourite foods, purchases, or recipes, consuming tendencies, and health and fitness information.
